Author Support – Gavin B Ralph

I’m going to try and do a daily blog post sharing my appreciation to some wonderful authors I’ve come to know lately! They’re all going to be from my #WRITEboyslove family (over on Twitter) and I can’t wait for you to get to know them too!

Today’s post is all about Gavin B Ralph. I asked him 4 questions (the same I’ve asked everyone), and here are his answers!

Tell us a bit about yourself:

I grew up in rural Aotearoa New Zealand and recently returned after a few years in London. While there, I got most of my writing done on the train to and from my day job, and sometimes at home when not distracted by my partner, flatmates, or the neighbours’ cats. And these days I squeeze the writing in whenever I can.

Tell us about your story or stories:

I’ve written a series of gay romcom novellas with a chaotic cast of characters thrown into the most unlikely situations. Quick, light, and fun reads for those with short attention spans.

Share an amusing event that happened to you:

An amusing event that’s happened to me? Well! It involves a drunken train journey home, a desperate need for the bathroom, a faceplant, and chicken nuggets. And it just so happens I’ve immortalised the sorry tale in my aptly titled piece of flash fiction: Chicken Nuggets.

And finally a link to your work (click on image to go to site):

Chicken Nuggets: It’s a quick (3-5 minute) read, free on my website: HERE. You can read free previews and find the links to buy my books on my website. The first book, Duck and Dive, is USD0.99 / GBP0.99 / AUD1.99 / CAD1.99 on Amazon, and you can pick your local store from here:
